At Qiyang, innovation drives everything we do. The company operates a multi-level R&D system, comprising a post-doctoral research workstation, a provincial-level technology R&D center, and a joint Insulation Materials Research Center co-established with leading universities. With an R&D team of more than 80 specialists, Qiyang continuously pushes the boundaries of material science—achieving breakthroughs that have transformed China’s insulation industry from import substitution to independent innovation.

    The factory is equipped with 41 sets of synthesis equipment, two Class A workshops, and one Class C workshop, achieving an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Production is fully integrated under a DCS digital central control system, managing every stage from raw material feeding and synthesis to final packaging and inspection, ensuring high precision, real-time monitoring, and full traceability.

    Qiyang adopts advanced RTO exhaust treatment and wastewater purification systems, building a green, automated, and intelligent production base that aligns with the principles of Intelligent Manufacturing in China—achieving higher efficiency, lower emissions, and superior product stability.
